The architects developed the buildings in the heart of the urban block. Dividing the surfaces on the street and courtyard, in order to favour a clear reading of the volumes.
The staggered volumes allow for the integration of terraces or loggias in the large windows of the apartments.
From the street, the pedestrians have access via an inviting covered passage, through a scenic pathway, which ultimately leads to the heart of the urban block.
The depth of the building has been reduced, in order to encourage the provision of natural light.
The mineral cladding of the residence is favoured and complies perfectly with current thermal regulations. The choice of materials used offers great durability, allowing for this soft and comfortable image that combines technical performance and aesthetics.
